Posing Great ModelsFor every ten problem models that you run into, you’ll find a gem here and there. The kind of model that understands what you’re trying to do and has an uncanny ability to come up with ideas that make you look good. Usually, this person is some kind of extravert that just loves doing what they do. When you run into this kind of person, it’s a wise thing to just let them run and try to be ready as they run things by you. Sure, you need to redirect them in the right direction now and then, but mostly, you’re bumping them on track and ten watching out for what happens. Count yourself luck every time you run into one of these models. There’s no way you could instruct them to do something as good as what their imagination will produce. Just try to hold on and tweak them in the direction you want them to go and then just hold on and be ready. |
